Norbert Ngethe is the Chief Legal Officer of XPV Group. Prior to joining XPV, Norbert was the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Forge (NYSE:FRGE). He joined Forge as an early employee and managed all legal aspects of Forge's evolution including fund formation, secondary transactions, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, international expansion, corporate governance, regulatory matters and litigation, which culminated in Forge's listing on the NYSE. His legal and business career spans three continents (US, Hong Kong and Australia) with experience at premier law firms, including Skadden, where he advised startups, venture capital firms and public companies on unique corporate transactions. He graduated with a JD/MBA from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia, where he was a Jefferson Scholar.
